We are looking for an HR Recruitment Intern to support our hiring process for non-technical roles. You will assist with sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for non-technical positions
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Assist in conducting HR telephonic screenings
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports
Support employer branding and HR initiatives
Requirements:
Pursuing/Completed bachelor's degree in HR or related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
