Assist with end-to-end recruitment: sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Help organize and improve onboarding and orientation programs.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and internal communications.
Work on HR reports, surveys, and policy updates as needed.
Handle basic HR queries and help ensure a positive employee experience.
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
Comfortable using MS Office or Google Workspace tools.
Interest in building a career in HR.
