As a management trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in the full spectrum of recruitment -- from talent sourcing and pipeline management to employer branding and candidate experience.
You'll work closely with experienced HR leaders and hiring managers to meet the organization's dynamic talent needs while learning how strategic hiring contributes to business growth.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the design and execution of innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across functions.
Manage the end-to-end hiring cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer roll-outs.
Actively source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, employee referrals, and networking events.
Conduct preliminary assessments to evaluate candidate potential and alignment with role requirements and company culture.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower planning, team structures, and role specifications.
Maintain and nurture candidate pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
Ensure a smooth, engaging, and professional experience for all candidates during the recruitment journey.
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards to track progress and identify bottlenecks.
Support initiatives around diversity hiring, inclusive sourcing, and equitable selection processes.
Contribute to employer branding efforts through social media campaigns, content, and talent outreach activities.
Stay abreast of industry hiring trends, best practices, and HR tech innovations.

Qualifications: o Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
Passion for talent acquisition and a strong interest in organizational development and workforce planning.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
High level of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, ATS platforms) is advantageous.
