Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment Support:

post job advertisements on various job boards, company career pages, and social media platforms. Ensure job postings are updated and accurate, reflecting the current job requirements and company standards. Review incoming resumes to identify candidates who meet the minimum qualifications for open positions. Sort and categorize resumes based on job criteria and candidate qualifications. Arrange and confirm interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. Prepare and send interview invitations, including details such as date, time, location, and interviewer information. Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information and application statuses.

Qualifications:



Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business, or related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Required Skills:



Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Basic understanding of HR principles and employment laws is a plus
