Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases with new hire information.
Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
Assist in employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
Help in monitoring attendance, leave management, and preparing related reports.
Coordinate with different departments to support HR initiatives.
Assist in training coordination and learning & development sessions.
Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, experience certificates, and memos.
Handle confidential HR information with integrity.
Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
