Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various job roles.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interview panels.
Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in drafting offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation.
Coordinate employee engagement and training activities.
Support payroll and attendance management processes.
Help in maintaining compliance-related files and statutory records.
Prepare HR reports and assist in other day-to-day HR operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / MBA (HR) - Pursuing or Recently Graduated.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and coordination abilities.
Basic understanding of HR functions and labor laws (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
