The HR Intern will support the HR department in daily administrative tasks and assist in various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and data management. This role offers hands-on experience and an opportunity to understand core HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process (job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.
Assist with attendance tracking and leave management.
Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Requirements:
Completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good organizational and time management skills.
Eagerness to learn and work in a team environment.
