Job Description
Title: HR Intern Stipend: 4000-6000 per month+ performance based incentive Location: Kolkata [Dumdum] : We are seeking a highly motivated HR intern to join our team. The HR intern will work closely with the HR team to support a variety of HR initiatives and projects. Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
- Maintain and update HR records and databases
- Participate in HR meetings and trainings
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Monday to Saturday, 11am to 6pm
Contract length: 3 months Salary: 94,000.00 - 96,000.00 per month Schedule:
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Performance bonus
- Dum Dum, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
