Role Description This is an internship role as an HR Intern, which will be done hybridly . As an HR intern, you will be responsible for assisting the HR team with tasks such as employee engagement, recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, and policy implementation. - Pursuing a bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Familiarity with HR policies and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in the field of HR
- Hybrid job (Has to come to thrice a week )
- Day shift
