Support onboarding activities and new employee orientation programs.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
Help organize training sessions, workshops, and other HR events.
Support the HR team with administrative tasks and documentation.
Assist in preparing reports and HR analytics.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Skills & Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude.
