Assist recruiters in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interactions with candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients/candidates.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Support onboarding formalities and documentation.
Assist in employee engagement and HR administrative tasks.
Learn and implement HR best practices under supervision.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (verbal & written).
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
