Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and support in drafting job descriptions.
Support HR operations such as onboarding, documentation, and employee record management.
Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Prepare HR reports and maintain spreadsheets for data management.
Handle day-to-day HR queries and provide support to the HR team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Pursuing/completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Management, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
