Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in the

recruitment process

(job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews). Support

onboarding and induction programs

for new hires. Maintain and update

HR databases, records, and employee files

. Help organize

employee engagement activities

and events. Assist in preparing

HR reports and presentations

. Provide support in

HR operations

such as leave management, attendance tracking, and documentation. Participate in

policy and process improvement initiatives

. Perform other administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:



Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in

Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field

. Strong interest in HR and people management. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
