Schedule and conduct interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers/clients for requirements.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.
Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
Meet monthly hiring targets within deadlines.
Required Skills:
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Good negotiation & convincing skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Qualification:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
