Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. The intern will assist with day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in sourcing and screening resumes for open positions. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update employee records in the HR database. Help organize employee engagement activities and events. Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires. Prepare HR-related reports and documentation. Assist in handling HR queries and providing general administrative support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's/Master's degree (pursuing or completed) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
