Assist in posting job openings and sourcing candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Assist in attendance and leave management.
Help plan and execute employee engagement activities.
Provide support in payroll and compliance documentation.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR team.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR functions is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
