• Address routine employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.

• Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events.

• Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation.

• Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.

• Maintain training records and assist in tracking employee development.

• Up to 1 year of experience in Human Resources.

• Good knowledge of HR processes and statutory laws.

• High level of discretion \xe2\x80\x93 ability to deal with highly confidential information appropriately.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Experience with Human Resources Information Systems.

• Strong interpersonal, communications (written and verbal) and problem-solving skills.

• Self-starter with strong organization skills.

• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
