Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction formalities.
Maintain HR records, employee database, and support daily HR operations.
Support training and development activities.
Help handle employee queries, policies, and HR procedures.
Requirements:
MBA in HR
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
