: As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR team and gain exposure to various aspects of HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HR administration. This internship offers valuable learning experiences and the chance to contribute to real-world HR projects in a supportive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, coordinating orientation sessions, and assisting with employee orientation.
  • Assist with employee relations activities, including responding to employee inquiries, organizing employee engagement events, and maintaining employee records.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, employee training and development, and HR policy development.
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks, including maintaining HR databases, updating employee files, and preparing HR-related documents.
  • Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and relevant employment laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR and eagerness to learn and develop HR skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
