Contribute towards development and formulation of short term & long term HR strategy for the Cluster by partnering with country CEOs
Coach & provide guidance to HR heads of the countries on design and deployment of HR strategy supporting Business, Quality, People and Environment objectives
Drive and implement HR Digitization charter for the countries
Work closely with the country HR Heads and teams for execution of key priorities
Oversee and ensure good governance and compliance to labour law in accordance with the local legislations.
Lead, engage and develop the HR team across Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and futuristically Philippines, to equip for future ready organisation.

Demonstrated leadership ability, confidence and executive presence \xe2\x80\x93 ability to motivate staff.
Data driven mindset and a strong strategic thinker
Collaborative by nature with proven ability to work in multi-cultural and ynamic teams
Bright and intelligent leader with strong analytical, solution oriented and process skills
Resilience, proactive, capable of hard work and an ability to roll up sleeves when required
Confident, able to integrate rapidly with an existing team
