A leading NBFC company is looking for below mentioned position, job description is mentioned below.Designation: Manager/Senior Manager/AGM Department: Human Resource Location: Zonal Office Position: Zonal HR Head:The position will be responsible for planning of recruitment process for new hires, delivery of refresher workshops, team building workshop for existing employees. responsible for supervising and guiding a team of executives who are responsible for recruitment and selection, ensuring smooth HR function at regional office, organizing different events Other key responsibilities planning and designing induction of all newly joined and promoted employees, developing and updating content, manages performance management system. Responsible for processing trade license, shops and establishment license, conducting staff engagement survey, training needs assessment, development and delivery of training modules, liasioning with government officials, statutory consultants and legal advisor In addition to the above, the employee may also be called upon to perform other tasks as may be required from time to time.
