Initiating and maintaining a long term (yearly) plan and a short term (quarterly) plan to track and streamline the hiring plan. Work closely with the Leadership team for building a strong workforce. Managing talent acquisition process through strategic sourcing through the most cost-effective sources. Creating and implementing effective onboarding plans. Mapping manpower based on profiles and responsibilities assigned to identify excessive manpower to carry out realignment so to ensure maximum output. To strategically measure the skill levels of each employee to enhance the productivity. Performance appraisal management to decide on employee relocation and internal transfer on basis of output. Drafting HR Manual and Policies considering the main Vision of the Organization. Ensuring compliance to all the statutory laws and policies. Handling grievances of Statutory and escalating issues to higher authority whenever essential. Developing effective training programs aligned to the Quality objectives and company’s vision. Effectively delegating tasks, monitoring, mentoring and supporting in all compliance activities. Any additional tasks related to the business, assigned by the reporting head, must be implemented. EDUCATION: MBA (HR)
