Partner with senior management to drive organizational growth, workforce planning, and succession planning.
Lead change management initiatives to support expansion, restructuring, or policy changes.
2. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
Oversee end-to-end recruitment, ensuring the right talent is hired at the right time.
Build strong employer branding to attract high-quality candidates.
Establish effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires smoothly.
3. Employee Engagement & Culture
Foster a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven workplace culture.
Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and welfare programs.
Resolve employee grievances, ensuring fairness and transparency.
4. Performance Management & Development
Implement performance appraisal systems (KRAs, KPIs, OKRs).
Identify training needs and drive learning & development initiatives.
Mentor and coach managers on effective team leadership and people management.
5. Compensation & Benefits
Design and monitor salary structures, incentives, and bonus plans.
Ensure competitive pay practices while keeping costs aligned with budgets.
Oversee statutory benefits (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.) and company welfare schemes.
6. Compliance & Policies
Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment laws, and government regulations.
Draft, review, and update HR policies, employee handbook, and SOPs.
Handle disciplinary actions, terminations, and legal compliance in employee matters.
7. HR Operations & Systems
Oversee payroll processing, attendance management, and HRMS systems.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR analytics dashboards.
Leverage HR technology for process automation and efficiency.
8. Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on all people-related matters.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (employees, managers, directors).
Represent the company in external audits, inspections, and professional forums.
