Job Summary - Senior Manager HR/ HR Head



The Head of Human Resources will lead the HR function, aligning people strategy with organizational goals. Responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and HR operations, the HR Head ensures a productive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment while supporting organizational growth and culture.

Key Responsibilities



Strategic Leadership



Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with overall business objectives. Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and culture. Champion change management and drive HR transformation initiatives as needed.

Talent Acquisition & Management



Oversee end-to-end recruitment to attract and retain top talent. Develop employer branding initiatives to enhance talent pipelines. Lead onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

Performance Management & Development



Design and implement performance management systems that drive accountability and development. Support leadership in identifying training needs and career development plans. Oversee learning and development initiatives to build organizational capability.

Employee Engagement & Culture



Foster an inclusive, positive, and high-performance culture. Design and execute employee engagement surveys and action plans. Lead initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.

HR Operations & Compliance



Oversee payroll, HRIS, employee records, and HR administration. Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations. Manage employee relations issues fairly and consistently, providing guidance to managers.

Policy & Process Development



Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook. Review and update policies regularly to reflect best practices and legal requirements.

Budget & Resource Management



Prepare and manage the HR budget effectively. Optimize use of HR systems and tools for efficiency and data accuracy.

Data & Reporting



Track and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making. Provide regular HR reports to senior leadership on headcount, turnover, engagement, diversity, etc.

Qualifications



Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5 - 8 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles. In-depth knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and HR systems. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to lead and develop HR teams.

Preferred Skills



Experience in [specify sector if needed: nonprofit/social impact/CSR/corporate/manufacturing/IT]. Change management experience. Familiarity with HR analytics and data-driven decision-making. Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, CIPD) is a plus.

Pay: ?800,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
