Required - HR Head Location: KIM, SURAT Industry- Solar Industry Must Have Experience As a HR HEAD in the Solar or manufacturing company Role Overview We are seeking an experienced HR Head to lead the HR function at our KIM location. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in manufacturing and a comprehensive understanding of labor laws. This role entails managing a substantial workforce of over 2000+ employees Key Responsibilities Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company\'s goals, focusing on recruitment, talent management, and employee relations. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of skilled and qualified personnel. Implement effective HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and industry regulations. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a fair and consistent manner. Collaborate with department heads to drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive work culture. Manage performance appraisal systems and training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity. Requirements Proven experience as an HR Head or a similar senior HR role in a manufacturing setup within the solar or related industry. In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance standards. Demonstrated experience in handling a large workforce, specifically managing 2000+ employees. Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor the HR team effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
