Ensure that human resources programs and initiatives are implemented effectively and efficiently. Overall recruitment & onboarding process starting with the shortlisting of CV\'s, screening until finalization. (Must be an expertise in recruitment for semi-urban/urban areas for sales team) Works closely with management and employees to provide guidance to improve work relationships with policies when necessary to build morale and increase productivity and retention. Strong Leadership skills.
