In addition, you will be expected to provide functional leadership and expertise on the company\xe2\x80\x99s people processes, programs and policies. What we Expect \xe2\x88\x99 4+ years of experience in the HR Domain who have worked in end-to-end HR process \xe2\x88\x99 Defining the nature and responsibilities of positions and the skills and knowledge necessary for them \xe2\x88\x99 Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, team management and communication skills including strong listening, negotiation, persuasion and facilitation skills with all levels of leadership and employees \xe2\x88\x99 Must be Empathetic and Compassionate \xe2\x88\x99 Open to working on-site from our Chennai office (We want to work alongside you!)
