r r r r Roler r r r Performance Appraisal:r r Managing Appraisal process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating Performance Appraisal system linked to Reward Management.
r - Coordinating in the formulation and implementation of increment, incentive and other remuneration policies.
r - Identifying talent for taking up higher responsibilities.
r - Introduced KRA for all the different levels.
r HR Policies & Strategies, Policy review and deployment :
r - Preparing HR polices & Strategies and in implementation.
r - Documentation of such practices and its verification.
r - Reviewing policies and streamlining other processes in the company.r r Payroll, Compensation & Benefits :
r - Processing Payroll and submitting the PF and PT returns
r - Completing necessary Insurance and medical cover formalities.r r Employee Relations and Welfare :
r - Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management-employee relations.
r - Issuing advice / warning letters and conducing Enquiries and further disciplinary action.
r - Keeping track of employee's activities in terms of confirmation, promotion, and their separation.
r - Updating the employees from time to time about the company policies and changes.
r - Handling all kinds of employee's queries and complaints.
r - Cancelling and couching for performance improvement.
r - Conflict resolution.r r Exit Formalities :
r - Carrying out exit interviews so as to know the trend and check the attrition rate.
