HR Plans and Strategy for Food & Beverages Industry
- Laying the roadmap and formulation of strategy for HR plans and initiatives in line with
- Identification, formulation and implementation of action plan to address organisational
- Identification of focus areas in line with the organisation\'s vision
- Setting up group goals for carrying out all HR processes as per the industry standard
- Annual budgeting for all HR activities keeping in mind the organisation\'s overall
- Formulation and implementation of recruitment strategy and plan, including manpower
- All hiring to be aligned as per the need of Food & Beverages Industry.
- Formulation of Sourcing strategy
- Design, review and implementation of an effective grievance redressal system
- Strategy for benefits administration and payroll processing for all employees of all
- Health insurance
