Job Description


Experience and Works Effectiveness on the role are critical for the candidate under consideration. As the HR position, the primary job responsibility is to create and enhance the human resources strategies that align with the company\'s goals and vision. This includes creating a positive work environment that fosters employee engagement, motivation, and retention. Specific job duties 1. Enhancing and Enabling the HR policies and procedures that promote fairness, transparency, and accountability. 2. Developing and managing talent acquisition strategies that attract and retain top talent. This will include developing employer branding, building relationships with colleges and universities, and leveraging technology to streamline the recruitment process. 3. Ensuring the Monthly and Quarterly appraisals as a predestinated matrix on AI or digital platform, which will automatically help the rate the Employee for Annual appraisals. 4. Leading efforts to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction through programs such as team building events, wellness initiatives, learning and development opportunities, and recognition and reward programs. 5. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and creating and implementing policies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. 6. Building and maintaining relationships with employees, management, and other stakeholders to foster open communication, collaboration, and trust. 8. Overseeing HR operations such as payroll, benefits, administration, statutory compliance linked with Pf, Esic etc and employee records management. 9. Analyzing HR data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks, and using this information to inform HR strategy and decision-making. 10.Staying up-to-date with HR best practices and industry trends, and continuously evaluating and improving HR processes and practices to ensure the company remains competitive and successful. In summary, the role of HR head is to create a people-focused culture that drives employee engagement and contributes to the overall success of the organization. This requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication and collaboration skills and the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
