we are looking for the HR head for the Company at Changodhar - ahmedabadQualifications and Skills

Minimum 10 years of experience in plastic induystry or manufacturing of machines of the plastic
performance management, employee engagement, and training
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or related field, MBA preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Overseeing the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring quality hires
Managing payroll administration and compliance activities
Handling HR operations, including policy development, employee relations, and performance management
Driving employee engagement initiatives and fostering a positive work culture
Designing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
