Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
2. Onboarding & Documentation
Support new employee onboarding and induction process.
Maintain employee files, contracts, and HR documentation.
Ensure timely completion of joining formalities.
3. HR Operations
Handle attendance, leave management, and basic payroll inputs.
Maintain HRMS/ERP entries and employee records.
Assist in policy implementation and compliance activities.
4. Employee Engagement
Support internal events, celebrations, and engagement activities.
Help conduct surveys, feedback cycles, and performance check-ins.
5. Learning & Development
Assist in training coordination and session scheduling.
Track participation and maintain L&D records.
6. General Support
Coordinate with different teams for HR-related queries.
Support HR Manager in day-to-day tasks and initiatives.
