The HR Executive Generalist is responsible for carrying out a broad spectrum of HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, and HR administration. This position works closely with management and team members to foster a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures. Address employee relations issues and performance management queries. Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and organizational policies. Conduct training and development programs for staff. Administer compensation and benefits including payroll, leave management, and statutory compliance. Maintain up-to-date and accurate HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and personnel records. Support employee engagement and retention initiatives. Prepare HR reports and assist in HR analytics when needed. Provide guidance and support on HR-related queries and policies to staff and management.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR Generalist or similar role. Knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance required.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
