Manage end-to-end payroll processing for 100-200 employees with accuracy and timeliness
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and labor laws
Handle employee benefits administration including insurance, gratuity, leave, and other benefits
Coordinate with finance and external vendors for payroll and compliance activities
Manage HR operations including onboarding, exit formalities, employee records, and HR documentation
Address employee payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies
Ensure timely filings, audits, and statutory returns
Maintain and update HRMS and payroll systems
Support HR policies, process improvements, and operational efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications
8-10+ years of experience in HR Generalist / Payroll & HR Operations role
Proven experience handling payroll for 100-200 employees
Strong knowledge of payroll processing, labor laws, and statutory compliance
Experience with HRMS and payroll software
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Strong communication and coordination skills

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
