Source and screen candidates for HO, Production, Warehouse, Sales, and Store roles.
Coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers/ASMs/RMs and issue offer letters.
Complete joining documentation (Aadhar, PAN, bank, education, experience).
Conduct HR induction and ensure smooth onboarding.
Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support
Track attendance via Truein/biometric system for HO/Warehouse/Production and EBO stores.
Monitor absenteeism, leaves, and late comings.
Share accurate monthly attendance & incentive data with payroll team.
Support payroll processing and resolve employee salary queries.
HR Operations & Documentation
Maintain employee database, personal files, and HR records.
Draft and issue HR letters (appointment, transfer, warning, confirmation, relieving).
Manage probation confirmations and contract renewals.
Coordinate with third-party vendor Quess for NAPS staff.
Statutory Compliance
Support PF, ESIC, PT, and statutory reporting.
Assist in handling HR audits and inspections.
Employee Engagement & Grievances
Address employee queries related to policies, attendance, and payroll.
Assist in grievance handling and disciplinary procedures.
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives at HO and stores.
Exit Management
Process resignations and notice period adherence.
Coordinate F&F settlement with payroll.
Conduct exit interviews and track attrition data.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Knowledge of HR operations, attendance, and payroll support.
Understanding of statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, PT).
Proficiency in MS Excel & HRMS/ERP (LOGIC ERP preferred).
Strong interpersonal, communication & problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR/Business Administration
2-4 years of HR operations experience (retail/apparel industry preferred)
Experience in multi-location workforce management is an advantage
