Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain talent pipelines for critical positions.
2. Employee Engagement & Retention:
Plan and execute engagement activities, employee recognition programs, and team-building events.
Conduct stay interviews and coordinate with leadership to improve retention.
3. HR Operations:
Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
Handle employee queries and grievances with professionalism.
4. Performance Management:
Support the appraisal process and assist in goal-setting and review discussions.
Track employee performance and assist managers with improvement plans.
5. Compliance & Policy Management:
Ensure HR policies and labor laws are followed.
Assist in drafting/updating HR policies as per company needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
2-3 years of HR Generalist experience in the
IT/Tech industry
(mandatory).
Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
Immediate joiner preferred.
