Position: HR Generalist - Integration & Change Enablement
Experience: 5-8Years
Location: Plant / HO / Multi-location - India & International Exposure

Educational Qualification
Bachelors/Master's Degree in HR / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations (mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Integration

  • Act as the link between existing HR admins, PA/Payroll administration, and management
  • Integrate current HR practices with new policies, systems, and structures
  • Ensure smooth transition during organizational restructuring, acquisitions, or business integration initiatives
  • Maintain HR continuity while supporting change initiatives
2. Change Management & Culture Enablement
  • Support change management projects in coordination with leadership and external HR consultants(If applicable)
  • Help align people practices with evolving organizational culture
  • Communicate HR changes clearly to:
  • Factory staff
  • Junior HR team
  • Senior, traditional, and old-style business heads
  • Build trust across all employee levels through practical, grounded HR support
3. HR Systems & HRMS
  • Actively work on HRMS implementation, stabilization, and adoption
  • Train junior HR/admin teams on system usage and data discipline
  • Ensure accurate employee data, workflows, and compliance reporting
  • Coordinate with vendors and consultants for system-related improvements
4. Employee Relations & Factory HR
  • Handle shop-floor HR, employee engagement, and grievance management
  • Work closely with labour consultants on:
  • Compliance
  • Labour laws
  • Factory inspections
  • Conflict Management
  • Balance legal compliance with humane people management
5. Policy Implementation & Compliance
  • Work alongside external HR consultants (for ~1 year) to:
  • Learn policy frameworks
  • Support drafting and rollout of HR policies
  • Implement performance management, discipline, leave, and attendance systems
  • Ensure statutory compliance across locations (India and expanding international units)
6. Leadership Support & People Advisory
  • Serve as a people advisor to employees who may be:
  • Traditional
  • Operations-driven
  • Change-resistant
  • Translate business realities into practical HR solutions
  • Mediate between management expectations and employee needs

  • Comfortable working in Indian manufacturing environments
  • Experience working with or alongside HR consultants/system implementation like HRMS/PMS implementation/Change Management is a strong advantage
