Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances
Support initiatives to enhance employee morale, engagement, and retention
Performance Management
Assist in implementing appraisal systems and performance improvement plans
Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters
HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements
Support payroll inputs and benefits administration
