HR Generalist
Employee Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
- Source and screen potential candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate the selection process.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, paperwork, and training.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
- Promote a positive work environment and foster employee engagement initiatives.
- Support conflict resolution and mediate interpersonal issues when necessary.
HR Policies and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
- Conduct regular audits to monitor HR compliance and address any gaps or issues.
Performance Management:
- Assist in implementing performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers and employees.
- Monitor performance review cycles and support performance improvement plans.
- Collaborate with management to recognize and reward exceptional employee performance.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate employee development programs.
- Organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
Compensation and Benefits Administration:
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Participate in salary surveys and analyze compensation data to ensure competitive pay rates.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of the annual compensation review process.
HR Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Generate HR reports and analytics for management to make informed decisions.
- Handle confidential HR information with utmost discretion and confidentiality.
Employee Offboarding and Exit Interviews:
- Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights from departing employees.
- Coordinate the offboarding process, including exit paperwork and knowledge transfer.
