Title :- HR Generalist - BPO Industry

Location :- Koregaon Park, Pune.

Experience :- 3 - 5 Years as a HR Generalist.

Support end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, coordination, and onboarding Manage employee documentation, attendance records, and HR databases with accuracy Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives Handle routine employee queries and support grievance resolution in collaboration with senior HR leadership Coordinate performance review processes and help track KRA/KPI updates and outcomes Maintain and enforce HR policies and ensure compliance with labour laws and internal protocols Prepare HR reports, track leave data, and support payroll inputs as required Liaise with external vendors such as background verification agencies and consultants

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
