Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
Screen and shortlist candidates as per client requirements.
Coordinate interviews and follow-up with candidates and clients.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.
Support HR operations such as onboarding and documentation.
Work closely with senior recruiters to understand client needs.
Learn and implement the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Eagerness to learn and grow in HR domain.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred (not mandatory).
