Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions.
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
Maintain and update employee records and databases.
Assist in drafting job descriptions, offer letters, and HR-related documentation.
Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Handle basic HR queries and provide support to the HR team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws will be an added advantage.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
