Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
Assist in drafting offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
Help coordinate training sessions and workshops.
Handle employee queries and provide necessary support.
Assist in payroll processing and attendance management.
Maintain confidentiality of HR data and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR concepts and MS Office tools.
Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
