JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for a talented HR professional to join our HR Operations team and participate in various HR activities
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordination for the compliances related documentation with the labor compliance vendors
- SAP - New joinee creation, Quota creation, OM request, extracting reports
- Support for employees hiring and exit action (SSRS)
- PR creation, Invoice booking, invoice tracker, maintaining agreement tracker
- Coordination with external PF consultant to support employees with the PF related queries
- Helping in Preparing data for compliances related audit
- Managing Gratuity related documents
- Manage HR vendor payments, Contract renewals
- Supporting on employees Car lease request for to get it sign and coordination with car lease vendor.
- Prepare various HR letters
- Coordination with Insurance vendors for data sharing and supporting employees for their claims, e cards, addition & deletion of dependents
- Minimum 3-4 years\' experience in vendor management, compliances and processing PR etc.
- Prior experience in HR Operations (atleast 1 year) preferred.
- Chemical industry experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in SAP & MS Office
- Excellent time management & organizational skills
