Job Description

The HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day human resource operations in the resort, ensuring smooth recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, training, and welfare activities. The role supports management in creating a motivated workforce and delivering excellent guest service through effective HR practices.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Staffing



Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of staff. Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements. Maintain updated employee database and records.

Employee Relations & Engagement



Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances. Promote a positive work culture through engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and welfare activities. Assist in resolving conflicts and maintaining discipline.

Training & Development



Identify training needs in coordination with HODs. Arrange and track training programs (guest service, safety, compliance, soft skills). Maintain training records and assess effectiveness.

Performance & Compliance



Support performance management processes (appraisals, probation reviews). Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, minimum wages, labor laws). Assist in payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, overtime).

HR Operations



Maintain attendance, leave records, and shift schedules. Prepare HR reports (headcount, attrition, recruitment status). Handle employee documentation (contracts, ID cards, joining kits, exit formalities).

Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred). 1-3 years of HR experience (hospitality industry preferred). Knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HR software is a plus.

Work Conditions



On-site at the resort (HR desk + floor interaction). Flexible working hours including weekends/holidays depending on operations. Involves interaction with all departments (front office, housekeeping, kitchen, activities, F&B).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
