Job Description



Recruitment & Onboarding: Develop and execute recruitment strategies, conduct interviews, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate disputes, and promote a positive workplace culture.

Policy Implementation: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in compliance with labor laws.

Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.

Compensation & Benefits: Administer employee compensation, benefits, and leave programs.

Compliance: Ensure organizational compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Educational Background: Bachelor's/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience in an HR role, preferably as a generalist.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships and handle sensitive situations with discretion.

Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

Problem-Solving: Aptitude for resolving issues efficiently and effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
