Job Description

Hiring for HR Executive position.

Key Responsibilities:



Attendance Management:

Monitor and maintain accurate employee attendance records. Track leaves, absences, late coming, and overtime using attendance software or manual systems. Prepare monthly attendance and leave reports for payroll processing.

Excel & Data Management:

Prepare and maintain HR-related reports, dashboards, and MIS in Excel. Analyze employee data (attendance, leave, recruitment, etc.) for decision-making. Use advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, etc.) for data accuracy.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups). Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements. Maintain a database of candidates and recruitment trackers.

Required Skills & Competencies:



Strong command over

attendance management systems

. Proficiency in

MS Excel

(advanced level preferred). Good understanding of

recruitment processes

and sourcing strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail, problem-solving attitude, and ability to multitask

Qualification & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in HR/Management or related field. 1-3 years of experience in HR roles (attendance, recruitment, and Excel reporting).
Salary: 12k to 15k
