Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, induction, employee data
management, and exit formalities.
? Coordinate with employees across multiple locations to address HR queries, grievances,
and policy clarifications.
? Support recruitment activities such as sourcing, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and
coordinating with hiring managers.
? Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and ensure accurate
documentation.
? Maintain compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and organizational guidelines.
? Partner with management to implement HR initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction
and retention.
? Prepare HR reports, maintain HRIS data, and provide insights for decision-making.
? Drive employee engagement activities, training coordination, and communication
initiatives.
