Job Summary
The HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations including recruitment,onboarding, employee engagement, payroll support, compliance, and HR administration. The role ensures smooth HR processes while supporting a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Staffing - white collar & blue collar
? Manage end-to-end recruitment (posting, screening, interviewing).
? Coordinate with department heads for manpower needs.
? Maintain candidate databases and hiring metrics.
2. Onboarding & Induction
? Prepare offer letters and employment documents.
? Conduct employee orientation and onboarding programs.
? Facilitate smooth integration of new hires.
3. Employee Relations
? Address employee queries and concerns.
? Assist in employee engagement and retention programs.
? Support conflict resolution in alignment with HR policies.
4. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support
? Maintain attendance and leave records.
? Coordinate monthly payroll inputs.
? Ensure timely submission of payroll data.
5. Performance Management
? Support performance appraisal cycles.
? Maintain appraisal documentation.
? Assist in implementing performance improvement plans.
? Create KRA and set KPI for all departments
6. HR Compliance & Policy Administration
? Maintain employee records as per legal and company standards.
? Assist in drafting and updating HR policies.
7. Training & Development
? Coordinate internal/external training programs.
? Track participation and maintain training documentation.
? Support identification of skill development needs.
8. HR Administration
? Maintain HRMS/HRIS systems.
? Manage employee files and HR documentation.
? Assist with HR reports and analytics.
9.Employee Retention
? Monitor employee satisfaction and turnover trends.
? Conduct stay interviews, exit interviews, and engagement surveys.
? Develop retention programs and recognition initiatives.
? Collaborate with managers to address employee concerns.
? Implement strategies for improving career development and work-life balance.
? Prepare reports and recommendations to strengthen retention.
Qualifications
Education
? Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
? MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
Experience
? 2-5 years of relevant HR experience

Technical Skills
? Knowledge of HRMS/HRIS platforms.
? Proficiency in MS Office.
? Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.

Job Type: Full-time
