HR Responsibilities

Manage employee attendance, leave, and records. Drive employee engagement initiatives and internal activities. Set up, implement, and manage the Performance Management System (PMS). Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding. Plan and coordinate employee training and development programs. Manage payroll processing inputs and ensure timely payroll execution. Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to labor laws and HR policies. Design and manage Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs. Maintain HR documentation, reports, and employee data accurately.

System Coordinator Responsibilities

Prepare and manage performance management and MIS reports. Conduct and coordinate MRM (Monthly Review Meetings) and WRM (Weekly Review Meetings). Track action items and ensure timely follow-ups and closures. Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth system and process alignment. Perform data analysis to track KPIs, trends, and performance metrics. Create and maintain dashboards for management review. Develop data visualization reports to support decision-making. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.

Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of HR operations and compliance. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools. Experience in data analysis, dashboards, and MIS reporting. Good communication and interdepartmental coordination skills. Strong follow-up and organizational abilities. Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA/PGDM in HR, Operations, or related field. Experience working in a system coordination or reporting role. Knowledge of HRMS, payroll systems, or BI tools is an added advantage.
